WE ARE RESCUE FRIENDLY!

We are always looking for new rescue groups to partner with.  We currently have longterm relationships with several wonderful rescues - but as is typical in many southern rescues, our intake rate greatly exceeds our placement rate - and we need your help!

If you represent a rescue group that is interested in working with us, please send an inquiry along with:

• proof of 501c3 non-profit,
• your adoption approval process,
• adoption application and/or adoption contract to: marionangels@yahoo.com.

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

Although we do not have the resources to arrange transport for individual rescue groups - we are close to Memphis, TN as well as several airports where Pilots N Paws volunteers pick up.

Additionally, there are several excellent paid transports available in our area  that travel as far North as New Hampshire.

We enthusiastically recommend USDA licensed  PETS Transport - a reliable, experienced, clean, rescue-focused transport service.   We do deliver dogs almost weekly to the nearest PETS pick up location.  Advanced reservations are required.   Check out their routes.

VETTING & PULL FEES

We do not charge pull fees to approved rescue groups, however, due to lack of funds and the number of special needs dogs we take in - we do ask that you pay for your own vetting of selected pups.  We do work with several very rescue-friendly vet clinics that provide generously discounted vaccines, spay/neuters, etc. 

Sometimes a dog will be "sponsored" by a doggie angel, which means that there is no cost to a rescue group (other than a health certificate if travelling out of state) for that particular dog.  We generally note sponsorship in a dog's profile information.
